Alex sits in on CT

Hey! Much thanks to Alex McNeil for filling in for me this past Friday, June 1, on Coffeetime while I was at the Wellesley College commencement, cheering on my friend (and WMBR supporter) Lauren as she received her degree. (Yay, Lo!)

I did get to hear the show as I was driving home. Alex did a great interview with Howard Tate and then played his special mix of jazzy and otherwise poppy tunes from TV's past. (I sat in the broiling hot car in order to hear the Room 222 theme. Love it.) Below is his playlist. We both were at the Museum of National Heritage in Lexington Saturday night to hear Mr Tate perform. His voice is truly amazing… still.
